Mentoring Program

The Mentoring Program has an emphasis on study skills, time management, mentoring, and goal setting and attainment. It is designed to affirm and develop the study skills of the freshman student-athlete and help to make the transition into college less stressful and more successful. Each student-athlete in the program will be paired up with a graduate student mentor for a one hour weekly meeting that allows the mentor to discuss progress in courses. The mentors work closely with Ron, Erin and Whitney, the Academic Counselors, to ensure that the needs of each student-athlete are being met.
