Hardwood Club

The Hardwood Club is a new donor group for those who wish to support the USD Men's Basketball program with a minimum gift of $2,000 annually.

Hardwood Club Benefits ($2,000)

  • Invitation to Hardwood Club Courtside Area during home games
  • Exclusive Nike team gear
  • Seat upgrade to Floor Suite (upon request; one game per season; based on availability)
  • Game Day Experience. Attend pre-game meal and pre-game talk in the locker room (upon request; one game per season; based on availability)
  • Attendance to practices and game day shoot around
  • Invitation to exclusive events with Coach Smith throughout the year
  • Recognition on videoboard during home games
  • Priority tickets for WCC and NCAA tournament
  • Invitation to USD Hospitality Suite during WCC Tournament

Gold Level ($5,000)

All the above benefits plus:

  • Two tickets to 6th Man Night (upon request)
  • Two tickets to team banquet (upon request)
  • Autographed team basketball
  • Post season dinner with Head Coach Lamont Smith

Platinum Level ($10,000)
All the above benefits plus:

  • Invitation to join team at WCC Tournament (Hotel and game tickets included)
  • Invitation to lunch with Associate Vice President and Executive Director of Athletics Bill McGillis
  • Reserved parking for home games

HARDWOOD CLUB FAQs

What is the Hardwood Club?
It is a donor group for those who wish to support the USD Men's Basketball program with a minimum gift of $2,000 annually.

Are there different giving levels within the Hardwood Club?
Yes, gifts from $5,000 to $9,999 will be recognized at the Gold level, and gifts of $10,000 and greater will be recognized at the Platinum level.

Does my gift count toward recognition for the President's Club?
­Yes.

Does my gift include an invitation to the Warren Hospitality Suite receptions for each home game?
It qualifies you to be invited to special events including the Warren Hospitality receptions and an exclusive courtside area.

Since my gift will be restricted to Men's Basketball, is it tax deductible?

Yes, just like any gift to the University of San Diego.

Can I make installment payments?

Yes, you can set up installment payments by contacting the office of Athletic Development.

How do I join?
