TRYOUT INFORMATION
Date: Saturday, May 3, 2014
Time: 8:30am doors & registration open
Where: Sports Center Gym (East Entrance behind the pool)

We are excited to announce an exciting change to our program for the upcoming 2014-2015 school year. The Spirit Team will be providing an opportunity for more students to become involved and spreading school spirit!

In previous years, we have had all members under one performance team, which was a combined cheer and dance team. For the upcoming school year we will be providing separate performance groups for both Cheer and Dance, both of which will be held and encompassed under Department of Athletics as the University of San Diego Spirit Team!

The dance and cheer programs will work together and be THE unified front of spirit on campus, known as the University of San Diego Spirit Team!

Love to cheer? Love to dance? With the new Spirit Team program there is a place for everyone to share their talent and spirit!

Both the Dance and Cheer team will Cheer for our Torero champions, and dance at Torero football basketball, and volleyball games! Both teams share the same responsibilities while supporting our athletic teams.  Both teams cheer for football, women's volleyball, men's basketball, and women's basketball.  In addition to supporting other athletic teams, the USD cheer and dance team members also have the opportunity to compete on the national level as determined each year.

Get involved in the USD student community and the surrounding San Diego community. This is your chance to become a member of one of the most well respected dance and cheer teams in the West Coast Conference.
