High School: Played baseball at West Ranch high school for coach Cascy Barrill and Brady Burrill...as a sophomore, he posted a 4-1 record, recording 35 strikeouts in 25 innings of work...as a junior year he went 7-2 with 35 strikeouts in 46 innings of work, and was named Pitcher of the Year...in his senior year, he went 7-3 with 61 strikeouts in 54 innings of work, and was named MVP and Pitcher of the Year...he holds the school record for career wins (17), starts (24) and innings pitched (126)...was named to the Santa Clarita All-Area teams as a junior and senior...pitched in the Jr. ALFAC game held at USD as a junior...was a two-time Area Codes participant as a junior and senior...he was selected as a finalist for the U18 USA Baseball team he was a three-time scholar athlete...also played football, where he was a All-Foothill League second-team selection as a junior and a first-team selection as a senior.
Personal: Ryan Keller was born on January 6, 1993...He is the son of Kip and Laurie Keller...he was also recruited by UC Irvine, UCLA, USC, University of Arizona, and Arizona State...he chose to attend USD because of the great academics and because he wanted to play for a great team... he played for the ABD Bulldogs Club Baseball Team.
