Tri-Meet race happens on Friday.
March 14, 2013
SAN DIEGO, Calif. -The University of San Diego men's rowing team returns to action again this Friday on Mission Bay for its annual Tri-meet between Gonzaga University and cross-town rival UC San Diego.
With a couple of early season races under their belts, highlighted by victories from the Frosh 4+ at the Long Beach Opening Day Regatta and the JV8+ winning the San Diego City Championships last weekend, the Toreros are looking good and are ready to put a great race down tomorrow against their long time rivals.
The course will run from South to North along the Fiesta Island course in the Main Basin. There is a dense fog advisory which may delay the start of the races but otherwise the following is the schedule to races tomorrow morning March 15, 2013.
