USD: Third year player will start again at cornerback for the Toreros... Named to 2014 PFL Preseason First Team... Last season led the nation in passes defended for FCS players (2.1 per contest)... Enters the 2015 campaign needing 10 pass break-ups to become USD all-time leader with 36 (Darryl Jackson with 35, 1987-90)... Named 2014 All-PFL Second Team... Season-best 6 solo tackles against Dayton... Tallied 2 interceptions against Butler, and added a pick against Jacksonville and Princeton... Tallied three games with 3 pass breakups (Princeton, Butler, Morehead State)... In 2013 was named All-Pioneer Football League honorable mention... 2013 USD Most Outstanding First Year Player... Started 10 of 11 games he appeared in... Personal-best 8 tackles against Western New Mexico (6 solo)... Tallied 7 stops and 2 pass breakups at Cal Poly... Lone interception came in final game against Drake.

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Point Loma High School... Named Western League's Defensive Player of the year in his senior season with six interceptions and 72 tackles... Sat out junior season due to injury... Also named to the All-County Second Team in his sophomore year and lettered in Basketball three years and Track and Field one year.

PERSONAL: Born April 3, 1995 in San Diego, CA... Chose to attend USD for the quality of education, the football program, and the proximity to his hometown... Also recruited by Cal Poly, Oregon State, Idaho State... In High School was also named to the 2012 All Western League First Team for basketball and was the Track and Field 100 meter champion for the Eastern League... Enjoys playing basketball, volunteering at the YMCA, cooking and listening to music.
