USD: Fourth-year player returns as a starter at linebacker... Team's top returning tackler from last season where he ranked third overall with 62 stops (29 solo)... Chipped in with four tackles for loss (-18 yards), 1.5 sacks (-11), two quarterback hurries and two pass breakups... Opened the 2012 campaign with 11 tackles at Cal Poly... Added seven stops in three other games (Harvard, Drake, Marist)... Played in 10 games in 2011.. Finished with 26 tackles (12 solo) and 0.5 sacks... Recorded a season-high seven tackles Oct. 22 at Campbell.. Appeared in all 11 games for the Toreros in 2010... Finished with seven tackles (four solo) including 2 stops against the Dayton Flyers.
HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Argonaut High School where he played for coach Rick Davis... Named all-area senior seaosn... Recognized as Defensive Player of the Year after both his junior and senior campaigns... Recorded 419 tackles, 3 INTs, and 4 defensive TDs over his high school career... Was named team MVP junior and senior years... Also lettered in basketball and golf... Earned all-league honors in basketball.
