Lakeside, CA - A trio of golfers completed their two-day, three-round performance at the Barona Collegiate Cup. Ben Murray shot a final round 1-over par 73 to finish at 222 (+6), good for a tie for 30th place overall. Teammates Joe Harrison and Leon Knoll both finished in a tie for 59th at 228 overall (+12). Harrison shot a final round 78 on the par-72, Barona Creek Black Course, while Knoll turned in a 76.
UC Irvine's John Chin held off SDSU's Johan Carlsson to win medalist honors. Chin fired a final round 68 to finish at 12-under par 204. Carlsson shot a 70 to complete his three-round total of 207. The host SDSU Aztecs ran away from the 16-team field winning the team title at 8-under par 1,072.
