Vallejo, CA - The 27th ranked USD men's golf team finds itself tied for 3rd with Santa Clara after two rounds of the 2010 West Coast Conference Championships being played at Hiddenbrooke Golf Club (par 72; 6,689 yards) with a total of 596. The 33rd ranked Pepperdine Waves lead the eight team event at 584 (+8) with one round to go and lead USF by 11 strokes. USD junior Gunner Wiebe is tied for second overall at 144 (73-71) and trails leader Josh Anderson of Pepperdine by one stroke who fired rounds of 71-72. Final round action will be played Tuesday morning.
