• Toreros Stay Perfect in WCC


    The USD men's soccer team (7-4-4, 3-0-0) defeated Gonzaga 2-0 Friday afternoon, keeping them atop the WCC standings. Torrey DeArmas and Kyle Macleod each scored a second half goal as Thomas Olsen and the Torero defense recorded its fifth shutout of the season. The Toreros entered conference play with a 4-4-4 overall record, but have now picked up three straight wins.

    University of San Diego senior defender Julian Ringhof was named to the Capital One Academic All-District team on Thursday. Ringhof, a mechanical engineering major, holds a 3.95 cumulative GPA. This is the second year in a row he has earned this honor

  • Alumnus' Call to Malawi


    If there were one thing that alumnus Kellen Hiroto truly believes, it would be that God has put him and his family exactly where they need to be. While attending the University of San Diego, Hiroto was given the opportunity to play on the men's soccer team, which solidified his belief that sport has the potential and ability "for creating and enriching relationships that perhaps would not exist otherwise."
