FRESHMAN (2016-17): Went 16-8 in singles, 4-2 in WCC matches... Did not compete in the fall... Played at the No. 2 position for most of the spring... Went 12-13 overall in doubles play, 6-2 in conference and did not compete in the fall... Played at the No. 2 spot in doubles for most of the year. 

Osorio attended Colegio Rainha Dona Leonor for High School but played for the club team Clube de Tenis Caldas da Rainha... He was the Portuguese National Champion in singles and doubles in U18... Four time team's national champion (1 U14, 2 U16, 1 U18)... He won the Portuguese team's first division national championship.

PERSONAL: Gui Osorio was born on September 27, 1998 in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil... He is the son of Marli Wojciechowski... Chose USD because of the great city and belief in the USD tennis program and coaches... Was also recruited by Texas Tech, Texas A&M, Wake Forest & Mississippi State... Enjoys listening to music, reading and following the soccer and tennis circuit.
