USD will take on Fullerton in its final WCC tune-up this Sunday
USD to host No. 10 Michigan, and travel to No. 1 UCLA this weekend.
The event brought together athletes and coaches from every USD team.
The U.S. Under-23 Women's National Team defeated its age-group counterparts from Sweden 2-0 in the opening match of the 2012 Four Nations Tournament in Spain.
Bickerstaff one of four inductees into Breitbard Hall of Fame
JUNIOR (2010): Played and started in all 21 matches...named first-team All-WCC...led the team with a career-high eight goals and she added in seven assist for a team-best 23 points...scored game-winning goals against Michigan (9/29/10), Cal State Fullerton (10/3/10) and in the regular-season finale against Loyola Marymount (11/5/10)...recorded her first career hat trick against Portland State (9/19/10)...scored a pair of goals against Cal State Fullerton (10/3/10)...also scored one goal against Arizona (9/27/10)...recorded an assist against USC (9/20/10), Portland State (9/19/10), San Francisco (10/15/10), Saint Mary's (10/17/10) and two against Pepperdine (10/29/10) ...helped the Toreros earn an at-large bid into the NCAA Tournament.
SOPHOMORE (2009): Played and started in all 21 matches this season... named first-team All-WCC, named second-team All-NSCAA... helped the team finish second in the prestigious West Coast Conference and earn a trip to the NCAA Tournament...scored the game-winning goal against Missouri State (9-20-09) for a 1-0 win, scored the game-winning goal against Gonzaga (10-30-09) for a 5-1 win, and scored the game-winning goal against Seattle (11-1-09) for a 2-1 win...also had two goals during the Loyola Marymount game (10-23-09)...had a total of six goals and eight assists for the team high of 20 points.
FRESHMAN (2008): Played in all 22 matches with 13 starts...scored three goals and tallied two assists for eight points...earned an All-WCC honorable mention and was named to the All-WCC Freshman team...helped the team receive a national ranking as high as No. 11... helped the team advance to the second round of the NCAA Tournament...the game-winning goal against Iowa (9-7-08) and against San Francisco (10-17-08)...scored one goal against La Salle (10-12-08)...tallied two assists in a win against Idaho State (9-28-08).
HIGH SCHOOL: Earned four varsity letters in soccer while playing at Patrick Henry High School...as a senior was named first-team All-CIF, while leading her team to the CIF Semi-finals and a Eastern League championship...was named her school's Female Athlete of the Year as a senior...was named first-team All-Eastern League three times...helped lead her team to four consecutive league championships...was named second-team All-CIF as a junior and earned a All-CIF honorable mention as a freshman...was named Outstanding forward as a sophomore, junior and senior...played for the Surf Soccer club and helped lead the team to the Surf Cup Championship in 2006...was also a member of the Olympic Development Program and was a Regional Pool selection in both 2005 and 2006 as well as a State Team member in the same years...In 2006, she was an ODP Region 4 champion, a OPD National champion, and in 2007 she was a ODP Region 4 champion and a ODP national finalist.

PERSONAL: Stephanie Elise Ochs was born on August 29,1990 in San Diego, Calif....she is the daughter of Carol and David Ochs...was heavily recruited by Long Beach State, UC Santa Barbara, Washington and Boston College...chose to attend USD because of the great academics, the location, beautiful campus and the outstanding soccer program....notes that she enjoys the outdoors, music, traveling, the beach and spending time with friends and family.
