USD Announces Change in Women's Soccer Staff

(San Diego, CA) - The University of San Diego announced Tuesday that Ada Greenwood, head coach for the women's soccer program, will not return for the 2017 season. Greenwood recently completed his 14th season with the Toreros. USD will now begin a national search for his replacement.

“We have made the decision that Ada Greenwood will not return as head coach for our women’s soccer program,” stated Ky Snyder, Vice President for Operations and Chief Operations Officer. “We will commence a national search immediately for his replacement. We thank Ada for his 14 years of service to USD and wish him nothing but the best in the future.”

Having just completed his 14th season at the helm of the Torero program, he finished with a career record of 149-115-23, along with a 62-43-4 WCC mark.
