Junior (2014): Named 1st-Team All-WCC... Started all 47 games at first base...Hit .271 with one home run 16 RBI and six doubles... Led team with .375 average and .423 on-base percentage during conference games... Posted perfect 1.000 fielding percentage and now has best career fielding percentage in USD history (.991)... Second on team with nine walks... Had eight multi-hit games.

Sophomore (2013): Named 2nd Team All-PCSC... Ranked third in the NCAA in Toughest to Strikeout, averaging one K per 48.7 at-bats... Only struck out three times in 146 at-bats overall... Personal: Born March 10, 1993 in Lancaster, Calif.... Parents are Michael and Katrina Rooney... Chose USD because it was the most beautiful campus she visited, its academic reputation, and the softball and campus facilities were impressive... Also recruited by Rutgers, Loyola Marymount, and Sacramento State... Her father played baseball at Cal Lutheran where he was coached by current USD baseball coach Rich Hill.
