Torero Tidbits...
• As of Apr. 14, USD ranks 19th in the NCAA in team ERA (1.92), while Caitlin Rooney (8th, K/39.7 AB) and Lauren Tomey (29th, K/24.6 AB) rank among the NCAA's toughest to strikeout. Rooney has struck out only three times in 122 at-bats this season, while Tomey has just five Ks in 126 ABs. RHP Cassidy Coleman is 42nd in the nation in strikeouts per 7.0 IP (8.1), while Jenny Lahitte (1.74) sits at 47th in ERA.

• In her last 17 outings, Jenny Lahitte has only allowed three earned runs once and has allowed fewer than that on every other appearance over that span, including 12 appearances where she has allowed one earned run or fewer. The last time Lahitte gave up more than three earned runs was four vs. Boise State on Mar. 2. Likewise, Cassidy Coleman has not allowed more than three earned runs in an outing since Mar. 3 vs. Fresno State, a string of 11 appearances.

• Fr. C/DP Mary Grabowski leads the team with four multi-RBI games this year. She has tallied 2 RBI on three occasions and 3 RBI once this season.

• OF Morgan Kurtz has been hot of late, hitting at a .429 (6-for-14) clip over the past seven games, including 5 R, 2B, 2 SB over that stretch. Chloe Kaneko (.364, 8-for-22, 3 R, 2B, 3 RBI) has also been swinging that bat well over that span.

• RF Lauren Tomey had a team-best 13-game on-base streak from Feb. 15-Mar. 2. that coincided with a team-best nine-game hitting streak. Morgan Kurtz is the only other Torero to post an on-base streak of at least 10 games; she had a 10-gamer from Mar. 2-16.
