What is your most memorable swimming/diving moment? Why?
When I broke my team record for the 10 and Under 200m IM by dropping over five seconds in finals and consequently winning gold at JO’s, because it was just so unexpected and really showed me the effects of working hard, not giving up and racing every race to the max.

Describe yourself as an athlete and as a student:
I am very driven and a perfectionist, and need to be challenged. If I do something, I do it to the best of my ability and put 100% of my effort into it.

What piece of coaching and/or personal advice has stuck with you over the years?
Be yourself, because other people will do and accomplish their own things and trying to be someone else will deprive the world of YOUR contributions.

What do you see yourself doing in 10 years?
Being happy
