• Torero Swim Team Earns Scholar All-American Award


    The Team Scholar All American Award is presented to college and university swimming and diving teams, who have achieved a team grade point average of 3.0 or higher. The award is presented twice annually, once in the fall semester and again in the spring to recognize teams achieving a 3.0 in the semester coinciding with the NCAA/NAIA/NJCAA/CCCAA Swimming and Diving Championships.

  • Five Toreros Earn All-MPSF Honors


    The USD Swim team had multiple school records broken and five swimmers earn All-MPSF honors over the past weekend. Seniors Keenan Lineback and Taylor Noonan, Jackie Taylor, Sarah Reierson, and Bri Jurries all were honored for their performances at the MPSF Championships.

  • Jurries and Taylor Set Two More School Records


    The USD swim team managed two more school records as they wrapped up the MPSF Championships at East Los Angeles College. Bri Jurries and Jackie Taylor continued their record-breaking weekend as the Toreros earned a sixth place finish.

  • Two More School Records Fall at MPSF Championships


    The USD Swim team set two more school records in day three of the MSPF Championships. Bri Jurries wrote her name in the record books with a time of 1:02.23 in the 100 yard breaststroke and Sarah Reierson, Jurries, Taylor Noonan, and Jackie Taylor broke the previous USD record in the 400 medley relay by over two seconds. The Toreros finished the day with 247 points, good for sixth place.
