• Toreros Look to Bounce Back, Face San Jose...

    The University of San Diego women's tennis team go up against the San José State Spartans this Saturday. Although the Toreros have struggled to make headway in singles, the squad has picked up three out of the last four doubles points versus dual competition. In addition, at the No. 1 and 2 spots, the Toreros have a combined dual record of 6-1. This week, the Toreros look to take their impressive doubles performance into singles to defeat the Spartans.

    The University of San Diego women's tennis team (1-3) were unable to stop the No. 37 Arizona Wildcats (5-1) Saturday afternoon at the Skip and Cindy Hogan Tennis Center. While the Toreros had an impressive doubles performance, the Wildcats proved to be too solid in singles defeating the Toreros 6-1.

    The University of San Diego women's tennis team face their third ranked opponent of the season this Saturday against the No. 37 Arizona Wildcats at the Skip and Cindy Hogan Tennis Center. The Toreros lead the all-time series record against the Wildcats at home 3-2.

  • Toreros Knocked Off 6-1 by No. 51 Washington

    The University of San Diego women's tennis team faced their second loss against a nationally ranked team Saturday morning at the Skip and Cindy Hogan Tennis Center. The Toreros fell to No. 51 Washington 6-1 in a match that consisted of comebacks and tight sets. The highlight of this morning's match included a strong win from junior Marta Stojanovic who knocked off No. 80 Elianne Douglas-Miron in three sets.
