Honors & Awards:
• WCC Commissioner's Honor Roll - 2012 & 2014

Junior (2013-14): Competed in four races during the fall... Had a season best time of 19:46 in the 5k (Fullerton Invite) and 24:03.78 in the 6k (West Coast Invite)... In the spring track season set personal bests in the 800m (2:18.23) and 1,500m (4:59.97)... Named to WCC Commissioner's Honor Roll (3.81 GPA).

Sophomore (2012-13): Raced in two events during the fall... Ran a season-best 20:52.7 (5k) at the Fullerton Invitational... Also clocked a 27:21.2 (6k) at the Triton Classic... Did not compete in the spring track season.

Freshman (2011-12): Competed in three meets in her first season as a Torero: Fullerton Invite (6k; 25:05.6), UC Riverside Invitational (5k - varsity B; 19:31.8) and Titan Invitational (5k; 21:05.3)... In the spring, competed in the one mile, 400m, 800m, 5000m, distance medley and 4x400 relay... Named to the WCC Commissioner's Honor Roll with a 3.90 GPA.

High School/Prep: Attended Green Mountain High School, where she competed in cross country, soccer, basketball, and track, earning a total of 12 varsity letters... Was named All-Conference in cross country as a sophomore, junior, and senior... Named All-Region as a senior... Helped lead her team to league championships during her sophomore and junior years... As a freshman, her team won the regional championship... Earned four varsity letters in track, three in soccer, and one in basketball.

Personal: Born July 7, 1992 in Lakewood, CO... Daughter of Joe and Evette Van Dyke... Chose USD because it just felt right... Was also recruited by Carroll College, Cornell, Occidental, Pepperdine, Santa Clara, and Colorado College.
