Prepped at Highland High a senior, she recorded 302 kills, while hitting for a .307 clip...she was named first-team All-State Honorable Mention, was the House of Payne All-Tournament MVP, made the Westwood All-Tournament team, and was her team's Player of the Year as a a junior, she recorded 355 kills, and hit for a .267 clip...she was an All-District selection, a All-Section second-team selection, was All-State Honorable Mention, as well as a House of Payne All-tournament honoree and MVP, as well as her teams Player of the a sophomore, she recorded 311 kills, hit .321, and was a All-District and All-Section second-team a freshman, she posted a .205 hitting percentage, and was a All-District and All-Section Honorable Mention...played club volleyball for the Aspire Volleyball Club...while with Aspire she ended 18's season 9th in Open at GJNC (1st in Silver) -- ranked 9th in the United States in 18's Division.


Allyson Paige Eylers was born on September 16, 1998 in Mesa, Ariz....she is the daughter of Merrie Anne Hamburg-Eyers...was heavily recruited by TCU, Boise State, Virginia Tech, Mississippi State, College of Charleston, Pennsylvania, Columbia, Harvard, Cornell, Bucknell, Pepperdine (Beach), USC (Beach), Westpoint, Annapolis, Air Force Academy, William and Mary, and Arizona State University (Beach and Indoor)...chose to attend USD because of the great opportunities to further her athletic and academic careers at one of the top volleyball programs and best business schools in the country...notes she is a first generation German American; proficient in the German language; and enjoys painting and drawing.
