Senior in 2004: Named the WCC Player of the Year... 1st Team All-WCC selection (has been named a 1st Team All-WCC player in each of her 4 seasons at USD)... Named the WCC Player of the Week (9/7) totaling 71 kills (5.46 p/g) at the Hawaiian Airlines Wahine Volleyball Classic in which she was named to the All-Tournament team, leading USD past then-No. 17 Arizona and taking No. 1 Hawaii to five games... All-Tournament pick at the 2004 USD Invitational (9/18), killing 52 (4.73 p/g) over three matches and eight games... Killed a career-high 31 balls at regionally ranked Long Beach State (9/21)... Named the WCC Player of the Week (10/26) racking up 36 kills (5.14 p/g) in seven games during decisive wins over regionally ranked programs LMU and Pepperdine... WCC Player of the Month (October) leading USD to a perfect 10-0 record, which included four-game wins over nationally ranked teams then-No. 12 Santa Clara (10/9) and then-No. 14 St. Mary's (10/15)... Named the WCC Player of the Week (11/23) after San Diego clinched the WCC Championship title, as the catalyst for a USD team that finished the 2004 WCC season undefeated (14-0) for the first time in school history... As of 11/21/04, Forster ranked 11th nationally in kills (5.43 p/g)... WCC leader in kills (5.41 p/g) and points (6.02 p/g)... Totaled 25 or more kills on six different occasions and killed 20 or more 12 times...Had 8 double-doubles (kills-digs)... Dating back to October 1, Forster has led San Diego to 16 consecutive victories heading into the NCAA Tournament... Helped San Diego achieve its highest ranking in school history of No. 11 by the AVCA USA Today/CSTV Coaches Poll (12/6)... Firmly established as one of the best athletes to ever play at USD, regardless of sport, ranking 2nd all-time at USD in kills and 5th all-time in WCC history... Ranks 5th all-time at USD in digs and second in aces.

Junior in 2003: Continues to establish herself as one of the best players in San Diego's volleyball history... Named a First Team All-West Coast Conference performer for the third consecutive season... Ranked second in the WCC per/game, in kills (5.10), Service Aces (.43) and Points (5.82)... Honored as a Tournament MVP twice... All-Tournament player three times... Led USD to the team championship at the Sun Devil Classic (All-Tourney selection and MVP)... All-Tourney player at the 2003 USD Invite (MVP) and at the American Tournament in Washington D.C.... Named the WCC Player of the Week (10/7)... Finished the regular season ranked 22nd nationally in kills per/game (5.10)... Approached USD school record in kills in a single season (525), 3rd highest All-time... Set a career-high with 29 kills (7.25 per/game) vs. then-No. 14 Santa Clara (11-8)... Set a three-game career-high with 28 kills (9.33 per/game) vs. then-No. 14 Santa Clara (10-11)... Had ten matches of 20 kills or more... Set a season and career-high with 20 digs against San Diego St. (11/4)... Served a season-high 5 aces vs. then-No. 15 Michigan St. (10/20)... Led USD to a three-game sweep over then No. 19 Long Beach State by killing 20 (6.66 per/game)... Hit for a .500 % against Portland (10/3)... Started and played in all of San Diego's 29 matches.

Sophomore in 2002: All-WCC First Team selection for the second straight season... 2002 USD All-Tournament Team and 2002 USD Invitational All-Tournament Team player... 2002 Time Warner Cable Texas Invitational All-Tournament Team Selection... WCC leader in aces with 44, which was also 4th highest in USD single season history... Totaled 392 digs (3.50 per game), 2nd highest in WCC and 3rd highest in USD single season history... Ranked in WCC's top six in points (5.12, 5th); digs (3.50, 3rd); kills (4.44, 6th); aces (.40, 2nd) per game after regular season play... Honored as the WCC Player of the Week (9-28-02) after leading San Diego past four teams while posting a career-high 26 kills vs. Robert Morris (9-27-02).

Freshman in 2001: Honored as the WCC Freshman of the Year after an outstanding rookie season... Named a First Team All-WCC player... Totaled double figures in kills in 16 of USD's 17 final matches... Ranked in the top five in both kills and service aces in conference play... Her 4.16 kills per game in conference was a team best in 2001... Totaled 302 total kills and 211 digs as a true freshman... Posted 30 service aces, second highest for any Torero in 2001... Killed a career high 22 in USD's NCAA Tournament victory over UCSB (11-30-01)... Posted double figures in both kills and digs in both NCAA matches.

Prep/Club: Led Boulder High School to a state championship in Colorado... Awarded the state tournament MVP honor... Named the Colorado player of the year as a senior... In her junior season she was a second team all-state selection and helped Boulder High finish second in the state tournament... Played for the Norco Volleyball Club... Helped Norco finish 2nd at nationals... Named to the all tournament team at nationals.

Personal: Born on July 30, 1983 in Boulder, Colorado... Daughter of Robin Claire, and Nick & Helen Forster... Was also recruited by Clemson, Florida State, Duke, Santa Clara and Wake Forest... Chose to attend USD because of the location and the academics.
