Kaity Edwards was born on April 11, 1995 in Playa del Rey, Calif...she is the daughter of Tom and Lisa Edwards... chose to attend USD because the Toreros are always near the top of the WCC in volleyball, and she wanted to be a part of that...additionally she notes that she will be able to prepare for a graduate program in physical therapy while also getting my degree in Psychology, while at USD and she feels it's great to be back in sunny Southern California...has two siblings: Matt and Jenny ... her father, Tom, participated in track and field at the University of Florida, while her mother, Lisa, was a two-time All-American and won the NCAA National Championship in 1984 as a member of the UCLA volleyball team from 1983-86 ... major is Psychology.
