A three-time first team all-league selection at Mead High School (Spokane, Wash,), Douglass helped her team reach the state tournament twice, including a fifth place finish her senior year (28-3)... A first team All-state selection as a senior, she averaged 6.2 digs per set and totaled 504 digs for the season... Led the state in digs as a sophomore while helping her team win league, district and regional championships... Was named Team MVP three times... Played for Club Catalyst and Cats Volleyball Club... Also played basketball and golf and was an all-league selection in basketball.
