FAQ's

1. What are your hours?
The JCP Ticket Office is open Monday-Friday from 9:30am-4:30pm during the school year. Hours vary during Intersession, Spring Break, and Summer Session. Please check the Ticket Office page for updated hours.

2. Where are you located?
The JCP Ticket Office is located in front of the Jenny Craig Pavilion, near Torero Stadium. The address is: Jenny Craig Pavilion 5998 Alcala Park San Diego, CA 92110-2492

3. How can I purchase tickets?
You can purchase tickets by calling the JCP Ticket Office at (619) 260-7550 or by ordering them online at www.usdtoreros.com. Under the "Tickets" tab, select "Purchase Tickets" and a list of all upcoming games will appear that you can choose from.

4. Can I bring in outside food and beverage?
For all Toreros Athletic events, you can only bring in sealed bottled water. You cannot bring in any other food or beverage. Concessions will be open for all Athletic events.

5. When can I pick up my tickets from will call?
You can pick up your tickets from the JCP ticket office anytime during regular office hours Monday-Friday. Will call is also available at the venue: 1.5 hours prior for football and baseball games, 1 hour prior for all other sports. A photo ID is required to pick up your tickets.

6. Can I purchase additional tickets next to my current seat location?
If your original purchase is in reserved seating it depends on whether there are open seats near you.

7. Is disabled seating available?
Yes. Wheelchair seating is available for disabled patrons and a companion. Other special seating requests should be made when ordering. Based on available seats, every effort will be made to accommodate these requests.

8. When are tickets mailed?
Season tickets are mailed approximately 3 weeks before the first home game. Individual tickets ordered within 9 days of an event will be held in Will Call. Individual tickets ordered further in advance will be mailed.

9. Where do I park for games and events?
Guests to campus must pay to park in either the Mission Parking Structure (subject to space availability) or the West Parking Structure and West Parking Lot. Payment is required Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00am - 7:00pm. Guests pay also pre-purchase daily permits using the online customer portal.

10. Are youth prices available?
Yes. Youth are considered ages 4 to 12. Children 3 and under are admitted for free, provided they will be on an adult's lap and will not be occupying a seat of their own.

11. Are senior prices available?
No, we do not sell discounted tickets for senior citizens.

12. Is there a military discount?
We offer a $2 off military discount to military with ID.

13. Can I return or exchange my tickets?
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be made due to a game time or date change.
